Account data (name, email, Discord ID if linked); Billing data (transaction IDs, payment type — card numbers handled by Razorpay, never stored by us); Usage data (resource usage, uptime logs); Technical data (IP at registration and login, browser user agent).
3. How We Use Your Data
To provision and manage hosting; to send billing receipts and service notifications; to enforce our Terms; to diagnose and improve service quality.
5. Data Retention
Active data retained while account is active. Removed within 30 days of deletion. Billing records retained up to 7 years for legal compliance.
