1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any AeroNodes service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AeroNodes.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep credentials secure.
4. Services
AeroNodes provides Discord Bot Hosting, Lavalink Hosting, Minecraft Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Database Hosting. Specifications may change with notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You may NOT: host malware or harmful software; conduct DDoS attacks; send spam or phishing content; host content illegal under Indian law; mine cryptocurrency; attempt to breach our infrastructure; resell resources without written permission.
6. Free Tier
Free servers must be renewed every 2 days via our Discord bot. Failure results in suspension after 2 days and deletion after a further 2 days.
7. Paid Services & Billing
Paid plans billed in advance. Non-payment leads to suspension after 7 days, deletion after 5 further days with prior notice.
8. Uptime & SLA
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance and force majeure excluded.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations without refund. You may cancel anytime via the billing panel.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability limited to amounts paid in the preceding 30 days.
11. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
