Refund Policy

⏱ You have 24 hours from purchase to request a refund. After that, all sales are final.
1. Refund Window
24-hour window from time of original purchase only.
2. Valid Reasons
Service inaccessible after provisioning due to our fault; provisioned server did not match advertised specs; duplicate charge or billing error; service could not be provisioned within stated timeframe; accidental purchase of wrong plan (once per account).
3. Invalid Reasons
Vague change of mind; request after 24-hour window; account suspended for ToS violations; non-usage of a successfully provisioned service; dissatisfaction with third-party software.
4. How to Request
(1) Get Order ID from billing panel. (2) Email billing@aeronodes.cloud — Subject: "REFUND REQUEST – [Order ID]". (3) Include Order ID, purchase date/time, reason. (4) Acknowledged within 2 hours, decision within 4 hours.
5. Processing Time
UPI/Net Banking: 2–5 business days. Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days. Timelines set by payment providers.
6. Amount Refunded
Net amount after Razorpay gateway fees. GST refunded per Indian tax regulations.
7. Annual Plans
Same 24-hour window. Partial pro-rata refunds possible for prolonged SLA breaches at our discretion.
8. No Refunds for Violations
No refunds for accounts terminated for policy violations.
9. Chargebacks
Contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent account suspension. Contact: billing@aeronodes.cloud
